One contractor for the whole building
Video intercoms, fob access, cameras and fibre internet in a single project — one schedule, one handover. Including fire stopping, electrical inspection and the paperwork the fire authority will ask for.
What we install
- IP video intercoms — modular entrance panel, in-flat monitors, calls forwarded to a mobile
- Access control — encrypted DESFire fobs, separate rights for cellars and courtyards, safe egress during a power cut
- Cameras — communal areas, recording kept in the building, with GDPR signage, policy and retention period
- Fibre internet — to the building and into every flat; the building keeps its own line for lifts and cameras
Why one contractor
Fifty penetrations through fire compartments need certified fire stopping. A rack needs its own circuit and an initial electrical inspection. Cameras need approval from the owners' meeting. None of the five separate trades working in a building connects those three things — the committee has to. That is the work we take over.
How long it takes
A typical building takes about fourteen weeks from survey to handover. Most delays come before construction starts — from approvals and from arranging access with individual households — so we start with both.
